Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week

 

 

 

Salary Range:

$20.45 - $23.75 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

The Clerk PL4 is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services for the processing of Sponsorship Billing and the maintenance, collection, and reconciliation of the Sponsorship Receivable. This position must ensure that that policies and procedures in place in Financial Services, College of Extended Learning and the Saint John College are adhered to.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Diploma in Business or the equivalent professional training and years of experience.
  • Five years of related experience in a high-volume customer service and computerized accounting environment.

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Knowledge of Colleague ERP and Ellucian's Colleague considered an asset.
