Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Salary Range:
$20.45 - $23.75 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:
- Coordinate meetings and events, including catering, preparing and distributing invitations, agendas, and minutes of meeting.
- Review and prepare financials claims, and coordinate preparation of reports, including quarterly, annual and final reports.
- General office administration, that includes preparing and proof-reading documents, preparing travel reimbursement claims, preparing procurement documents for equipment orders, and responding to communications.
- Coordinate HR matters, including student, PDF and staff recruitment and hiring forms and assisting students at direction of faculty members and researchers.
- Coordinate preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, publications, and other documents, using Office tools (that include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Assist researchers, postdoctoral fellows, students and industry partners by interacting with the Department of People & Culture, and Finance, the Office of Research Services, the School of Graduate Studies and other units within UNB.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years' experience in management and finance of projects.
Additional Strengths
- Certifications in project and risk management would be considered an asset.
- Software experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and knowledge on database tools like SQL.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills. .
