Additional Working Conditions:
- Occasionally required to work evenings and weekends to facilitate Alumni events and meetings with volunteers.

Salary Range:
$47,025.00 - $61,130.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Associated Alumni, the Alumni Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in developing, strengthening, and coordinating alumni programs aimed at engaging alumni with the university and with each other. The Alumni Engagement Coordinator is responsible for strengthening alumni relationships and programs to help advance the UNB Associated Alumni Engagement Strategy, with a particular focus on alumni connected with the Saint John campus or community.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and promotion of Alumni programs and events to support the UNB Associated Alumni Engagement Strategy.
- Assist other members of the alumni team in planning and implementing events and programs within the broader UNB Alumni community.
- Support and assist with the Association's marketing and communications activities.
- Plan and implement all student recognition and engagement activities in collaboration with other groups on campus including SRC, Student Services, Faculties, etc.
- Establish and build relationships with a wide range of alumni, locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
- Recruit, train, support and manage alumni volunteers in a variety of engagement opportunities including student professional events, webinars, convocation activities, etc.
- Plan and organize all alumni/recent graduate outreach activities associated with the convocations on campus.
- Serve as the primary liaison with other university departments on the campus, participating on committees and working with other groups as required.
- Participate on committees of the Associated Alumni Council providing expertise in directing initiatives in support of the UNB Associated Alumni Engagement Strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A Bachelor's Degree from the University of New Brunswick.
- 5 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a university environment.
