Salary Range:
$50,971.00 - $66,249.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:
The Strategic Partnerships Officer will work closely with the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, members of the Advancement team and others across the university, to maintain and advance relationships with strategic partners to benefit the university.
- Develop, execute, and manage project plans to achieve measurable objectives in support of strategic partnership goals.
- Foster and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders whose cooperation is essential to the success of strategic partnership initiatives and with contacts at partner organizations.
- Advise internal contacts on how best to work with UNB partners and their representatives and help partners understand how UNB operates - and provide support to both. This will involve developing a knowledge of both UNB and the partner organizations - their operations, culture, and goals.
- Assist with establishing and developing new strategic partnerships and identify and act on opportunities to enhance and expand existing partnerships.
- Prepare communications and reports to provide information on, promote and/or garner support for strategic partnership initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Post-secondary degree. Education and/or experience in university advancement, corporate relations, public relations, project management, planning and measurement an asset.
- 5 years' experience in a position involving relationship management and managing multiple projects.
- 3 years' experience in university advancement or another field at a post-secondary institution is an asset.
