Salary Range:

$20.45 - $23.75 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Faculty Admin Officer, the Secretary PL4 provides support to the Faculty of Computer Science, working specifically with the Undergraduate and Graduate programs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • A Diploma or Degree in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of office administration experience.
  • OR a combination of equivalent training and experience.

  • Knowledge of modern office software, in a windows environment, including word processing and spreadsheets, including Microsoft O365 applications.
  • A willingness to learn and use new software packages, including PowerPoint, graphics packages, Photoshop, and desktop publishing.
  • Strong computer skills and computer literacy.
