Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week

 

 

 

Salary Range:

$20.45 - $23.75 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

The Secretary PL4 provides secretarial and administrative support to the Faculty of Computer Science working specifically with the Undergraduate and Graduate Co-op programs. This position involves the procedures and regulations for the Co-op program, professional, and outreach programs within the Faculty of Computer Science.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • A diploma or degree in Office Administration or a related field.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 3 - 5 years' experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy office with unavoidable interruptions.
  • Experience in a technical field in an industrial setting.

  • Must be well organized, able to work under pressure, able to prioritize the workload, and can establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of the University environment and Colleague would be an asset.
