Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week

 

 

 

Salary Range:

$64,062.00 - $83,277.00 per annum

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 5 years work experience; Master's Degree preferred.

  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Proven success in building and managing both internal and external partnerships.
  • Experience in developing program proposal for fund development.
  • Experience in fund development proposal writing an asset.
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve outcomes yet easily able to collaborate in teams and with various community stakeholders.
  • An ability to analyze information and ideas and incorporate data and stakeholder feedback into final program design and solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty that comes with an early-stage organization and building new programs.
  • Self-directed and action oriented.
  • Experience in building programs from idea to delivery as well as ongoing project management.
  • Experience building and managing a team is an asset.
