Salary Range:
$22.02 - $26.05 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:
- Manage all research administration including all financial processes to complete research applications.
- Access and input data/information for original research fund applications and submissions.
- Provide and submit reports for various external funding stakeholders.
- Track all financials for the numerous budgets, expenditures, etc. for all research accounts.
- Manage financial controls and policies for the various financial research accounts.
- Liaise regularly with other internal UNB departments regarding funding, grants, etc.
- Assist researchers with new grant funding applications.
- Undertake all financial duties related to the general operation of the Centre, including (but not limited to): accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, tracking project financials, managing a trust account, tracking all expenditures, etc.
- Ensure all journal transfers are undertaken and the Trust account expenditures tracked.
- Reconcile payroll accounts bi-weekly and monthly reconciliation of department procurement card.
- Prepare required applications for Visiting Scholars, Visiting Students and Post-Doctoral Fellows (PDFs).
- Request necessary documentation, prepare applications, confirm invitations, ensure proper permits, etc.
- Provide orientation upon arrival for Visiting Scholars, Students, and PDFs. Assist with setting up bank accounts, provide office and laboratory space, ensure processing of living allowances, etc.
- Manage all general office administration for the Centre.
- Supervise the Centre's staff as it relates to all University administrative and financial requirements.
- Level 1 IT support for computer related issues, including assisting with procurement, setup, etc.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Post-secondary program in office administration.
- Minimum of 5 years' related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. University environment experience is preferred.

- Strong organization and time-management skills, combined with attention to detail, is a must.
- Knowledge/familiarity with Colleague UI and Informer 5 is a definite asset.
