The University of New Brunswick welcomes applications for the position of Clerk PL5 (Graduate Program Officer) with the School of Graduate Studies. This is a full-time (36.25 hours per week), one-year term position (with the possibility of extension) with the SALAC employee group. The position is funded by external monies with a salary range of $22.02 - $26.05 per hour.

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, this position supports the activities of the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) as they relate to the provision of key services to the graduate students and wider University community. The Clerk PL5 serves as the Graduate Secretary for the Interdisciplinary Studies (IDST) graduate programs that are hosted by the SGS. It also provides essential clerking responsibilities in the SGS for activities associated with thesis submission, thesis defense and degree completion for all programs.
