Salary Range:

$46,244.00 - $60,114.00 per annum

As a Digital Success Coordinator, you will become fluent in the IBM SkillsBuild program and its potential to upskill or reskill individuals, enabling them to become integrated with the IT sector. Your innovative skillset will be creating customized Learning pathways ranging from Employers who want to upskill or reskill their employees within the IT sector to Students becoming aware of various opportunities in the tech world (K-12) and all the way to adult learners building on their knowledge to integrate into IT Sector.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Program Management, Business Management, etc.).
  • Experience in business development, community engagement, and promotions.

  • Fluency in English is required, and French language proficiency is considered an asset and will be given preference.
  • Experience and credentials in program and/or project management is an asset.
  • Communications, Business, and/or Computer Science backgrounds are considered an asset.
  • A clear understanding of and experience with various software, applications, and user platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate, design, and train others on online and virtual learning systems.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply marketing best practices.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, writing/editing, and critical-thinking skills.
