The University of New Brunswick Saint John welcomes applications for the position of Administrative Assistant with the Faculty of Business: MBA Program. This is a one-year term, full-time (36.25 hours per week) position with a salary range of $18.76 - $23.34 per hour.
This position would be the first point of contact for the MBA Program. The position would be responsible for administrative duties spanning meeting scheduling, to calendar management to event planning, scheduling and coordination. The position is also responsible for CRM support and procedure mapping.

Position summary:
- Act as the initial contact for the MBA program for faculty, staff, students, prospective students, and the general public.
- Direct enquiries to the appropriate team member and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Enter administrative procedures into the Procedure Flow system and support team members in the same activity.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, under the direction of the Director.
- Update and maintain MBA resources.
- Assist with travel arrangements and claims, BCP & PD coordination, BCP interview scheduling, application processing, and record management.
- Assist with Professional Development scheduling and class scheduling/rescheduling.
- Support development and maintenance of BCP information repository.
- Assist with organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences. Arrange meetings and itineraries, manage participant invite and RSVPs.
- Create and maintain community partner database.
- Assist with maintenance of prospective and incoming student database, tracking, and report development.
- Maintain financial and administrative records for the MBA program.
- Other administrative duties, as required.
Requirements/Skills:
- Post-secondary diploma in executive administration. An undergraduate degree in a business-related field would be considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative position.
- Excellent organizational skills, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems.
- Familiarity with Procedure Flow would be considered an asset
