The University of New Brunswick Fredericton welcomes applications for the position of Research Engineer with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. This is a term full-time (36.25 hours per week) position, with and end date of July 4, 2022, with the PTSU employee group. The position is funded by external monies with a salary range of $50,357 - $65,463 per annum.

The Emera & NB Power Research Centre for Smart Grid Technologies is a research unit within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The Research Engineer works closely with senior scientific staff members of the centre and is responsible for the integration of smart grid technologies in the local distribution network operated by Saint John Energy.
