The University of New Brunswick Fredericton welcomes applications for the position of Communications & Marketing Coordinator within the Department of Civil Engineering. This is a 6-month term, full-time (36.25 hours per week) position. The position is funded by external monies with a salary range of $21.42 - $26.78 per hour.

The Department of Civil Engineering (UNB CE) offers an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering, jointly offers an undergraduate program in Geological Engineering, and three graduate degree programs (MEng, MScE, and PhD) in all the major sub-disciplines of Civil Engineering. The Department also hosts the Off-site Construction Research Centre (OCRC), created in partnership with construction industry practitioners and public owners, to support the transformation of the industry towards a new approach in construction that emphasizes the adoption of digital technologies and design for manufacturing and assembly approaches to improve overall performance.

The Communications and Marketing Coordinator will work with the leadership of the Department of Civil Engineering, the Off-site Construction Research Centre, the UNB Communications Office and Marketing Office to advance objectives of engaging engineering alumni and local practitioners in the delivery of educational programs and industry based research by supporting outreach and communication initiatives.
