The University of New Brunswick Fredericton welcomes applications for the position of Client Service Representative with Student Recruitment. This is a 3-year term, full-time (36.25 hours per week) position with the PTSU employee group. The position is funded by the University Budget with a salary range of $33,737 - $42,171 per annum.
Reporting to the Communication and Conversion Manager, the Client Service Representative will work to support prospective student inquiry, application and enrolment targets for UNB by working closely with the Recruitment Officer to provide outstanding customer service to all key stakeholders. This includes working with prospective students, applicants, parents, guidance counsellors, teachers, alumni, and others, primarily within the inquiry to application recruitment stage. The Client Service Representative will assist in the planning, organization and implementation of recruitment initiatives and events and will work closely with all members of the Student Recruitment Team, with the Registrar?s offices (Admissions), faculties and departments on both the Fredericton and Saint John campuses.
Position summary:
- Provide all students and key stakeholders with outstanding customer service to facilitate an excellent prospective student experience.
- Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email, phone and in person and assist recruiters with follow-up to all recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of UNB; including, programs, admission requirements, services, policies, etc.
- Using the CRM, assist with the input of student inquiries and execute and track all communication with prospective students.
- Assist the Recruitment Marketing Team with the development and implementation of communication plans, promotional materials and related research activities.
- Assist in the organization, execution and follow-up for recruitment events: promotion and communication, tracking of RSVPs, day of set-up and assistance during events.
- Assist the On Campus Recruiter with tour booking, organization and follow-up when needed and conduct campus tours for visiting students and stakeholders.
- General office, administrative support and financial support duties as required.
- Attend student recruitment events as a representative for UNB.
Requirements/Skills:?
- University degree, preference will be given to recent UNB degree holders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and provide quick reaction to requests.
- Experience in customer service with a proven ?can do? client service attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment and with a diverse group of people, personalities and backgrounds.
- Possess self-confidence, positive outlook and a high level of integrity.
- Possess a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft windows environment and Office 365, word-processing programs and database management.
- Occasional evening and weekend work will be required, as well as minimal travel between campuses with the possibility of occasional travel throughout the Maritimes.
