Department of Chemical Engineering: Tenure-Track Assistant Teaching Professor

As part of UNB's Faculty of Engineering growth and renewal activities, the Department of Chemical Engineering is inviting applications for a tenure track appointment at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor. The appointment will be subjected to final budgetary approval, with a proposed start date of July 1, 2023.

Applicants must hold doctorate and undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline, along with a demonstrated ability to effectively teach the core curriculum of the chemical engineering program as well as review, develop and teach laboratory content. Experience in teaching in an experiential learning environment is required. Knowledge of general chemical engineering undergraduate curriculum and outcomes is considered a significant asset to complement duties as an academic advisor for the students in our program. The candidate must be registered, or be eligible to register, as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB).
