The Department of French at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton invites applications for an eight-month limited term position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor, commencing September 1, 2022, subject to budgetary approval.
The successful candidate will hold a PhD in an area of French Studies, with a specialization in Linguistics or Literature. Duties will include teaching French language courses, and one course in linguistics or literature (depending on the candidate's area of specialization) at the undergraduate level. Candidates must have an excellent knowledge of French and a good command of English, as well as demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching.
