CANADIAN INSTITUTE FOR CYBERSECURITY
The Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity (CIC) at the University of New Brunswick's Fredericton Campus invites applications for a four year term position at the rank of Assistant Professor (Research) in the field of Cybersecurity.
To be considered for the position the applicant should have a PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a relevant discipline plus three years related experience.The successful candidate is expected to develop a strong, externally funded research program, supervise graduate and undergraduate students, and be able to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Cybersecurity. The candidate must be willing to work with industry partners. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work on a team project are essential.
This is a full-time term position, available as of January 1, 2020 or soon after and will be for four years. Salary will depend upon the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
