Mindful Yoga for UNB students

UNB students are invited to participate in a new weekly yoga class at URec this fall. Offered weekly, each class features traditional yoga techniques and incorporates mindful qualities into various postures. The classes will also focus on better breathing & body movement skills to help deal with stressful situations.

Class information: 

  • When: Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m. (Sept. 24 - Dec. 3)
  • Where: Hatheway Family Fitness Studio (2nd floor, CURRIE CENTER)
  • Length: 60 minutes/class
  • Cost: Free for UNB students to attend

No pre-registration is required. Students are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot in the class.

Mindful Yoga is offered in partnership with UNB Student Services (Counselling Services).
