Barbara Timmins

Barbara creates ever-evolving experiences for herself and the community around her. With her relaxed teaching style, she is intuitive to her student’s needs and her personality delivers simplicity and lightheartedness, creating an accessible and receptive learning environment.

She is passionate about educating her students about the mechanics and anatomy of their bodies, to move better and more efficiently. She is hopeful that increasing physical literacy in our community can help reduce injury and pain. You'll often hear Barbara say "motion is lotion"; she is passionate in helping others grow, heal and explore through dynamic movement practices to help build strength and ease in body and mind.

Garda Milne

Garda is an internationally recognized and sought-after Pilates and Yoga instructor. She takes a therapeutic approach to teaching; she skillfully guides participants to find more physical confidence as they learn how their bodies work.

Garda is a leader and mentor in Fredericton’s Pilates community. Since opening Fredericton’s first fully equipped Pilates studio in 1999, she has accumulated thousands of training and instructional hours. Garda’s love of Yoga evolved from her Pilates practice. She strives to make Yoga accessible for everybody, regardless of age or ability.

Garda maintains an insatiable thirst for knowledge and her teaching style continues to evolve as the science of movement demands.

Lindsey Laidlaw

As a movement specialist with over 30 years of experience, I have worked with individuals of all ages and abilities who are wanting to improve their movement, eradicate pain, and enjoy optimal health.

My teaching style is strongly influenced by my background in Dance and Visual Art. With classes that include a lot of imagery and movement refinement, participants develop a deep mind/ body connection, and an ability to apply the Pilates movement principles to their everyday movement.

Natasha Colter

I fell in love with Pilates over 20 years ago and began my teaching career in 2005. Over the years my teaching style has broadened and evolved. I've come to believe that exercise should not only be fun and functional but also take into account a variety of modalities and the most up-to-date scientific research.

I am consistently thinking about Pilates and movement in an effort to help my clients deepen their connection to their own bodies. My goal is to share my passion, be humble, and progressive in a way that makes my classes not only challenging but fun and welcoming. I wants all my clients to feel as though I am teaching directly to them, as an individual.

Wendy creates an environment where participants feel empowered and encouraged. Her classes are fun and diverse, but also educational and challenging.

Wendy is known for integrating her knowledge of movement, anatomy and biomechanics to offer the safest, most effective modern Yoga and Pilates experience. Her classes are tailored to meet each participants’ needs, body type, strengths and weaknesses.

Shasta has a unique ability to seamlessly weave movement and mindfulness together. Class participants leave each class feeling strong, happy, relaxed and in charge of their body.
