Wendy Hamelin

For the past 20 years, Wendy has inspired and motivated individuals to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Wendy creates an environment where participants feel empowered and encouraged. Her classes are fun and diverse, but also educational and challenging.

Wendy is known for integrating her knowledge of movement, anatomy and biomechanics to offer the safest, most effective modern Yoga and Pilates experience. Her classes are tailored to meet each participants’ needs, body type, strengths and weaknesses.

Lindsey Laidlaw

Throughout her 30+ year career, Lindsey Laidlaw has inspired others through her deep understanding of human movement and her caring and intuitive nature.

Lindsey’s dance studies have given her a deeper appreciation of movement refinement. Her background in visual arts has allowed her to gain a profound understanding of the physical shape and form within the body, as well as the dynamic relationship of balance that exists throughout the entire structure.

Reiki has become a strong underpinning to Lindsey’s instructional methods. Her teaching has evolved from a biomechanical based style to an energetic-therapy based approach.

Garda Milne

Garda is an internationally recognized and sought-after Pilates and Yoga instructor. She takes a therapeutic approach to teaching; she skillfully guides participants to find more physical confidence as they learn how their bodies work.

Garda is a leader and mentor in Fredericton’s Pilates community. Since opening Fredericton’s first fully equipped Pilates studio in 1999, she has accumulated thousands of training and instructional hours. Garda’s love of Yoga evolved from her Pilates practice. She strives to make Yoga accessible for everybody, regardless of age or ability.

Garda maintains an insatiable thirst for knowledge and her teaching style continues to evolve as the science of movement demands.

Shasta has a unique ability to seamlessly weave movement and mindfulness together. Class participants leave each class feeling strong, happy, relaxed and in charge of their body.

Shasta inspires others to develop a deeper appreciation for their bodies’ capabilities. She takes care to move the body efficiently to build supportive, strong and functional muscles.

For the past seven years, Shasta has instructed class participants from all walks of life. She is motivated by class participants who seek to move and work their bodies in new ways.
