  • travelling iconBring several masks and hand sanitizer with you. (Masks are now mandatory in most indoor places in New Brunswick)
  • Ensure you bring enough food and supplies for your trip and first days of isolation, so you will not have any interactions with people and can manage while you place an order online for supplies once you arrive.
  • Avoid large crowds and crowded areas.
  • Avoid contact with sick people, especially those with a cough, fever or difficultybreathing.
  • Be aware of the local situation and follow public health advice. Keep yourself informed as these guidelines can change daily depending on the state of the pandemic.
  • Wash your hands often with soap under warm running water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer (containing a minimum of 60% alcohol) if soap and water are not available, and always keep some with you when you travel.
  • Practice proper cough and sneeze etiquette.
  • Travellers will be asked to wear a mask (cover their mouth and nose) when they cannot physically distance from others.
