Important for September 2021 and January 2022: Your room assignment/offer of UNB residence accommodations is conditional on in-person classes resuming and residences being open and operating normally in September 2021/January 2022. Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the University of New Brunswick reserves the right to delay residence occupancy or revoke residence accommodation offers completely.
Please note, for Fall/Winter 2021/2022, not all residence buildings, room types, or dining plans may be open/available as we continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and follow all Public Health guidelines.
Before you arrive, we suggest you review our residence contract. You will be required to sign this on move-in day before you receive your keys and check-in to residence. If you are under 19 years of age, your parent or guardian will also be required to sign the residence contract prior to you checking in.
There are a number of other things you can do to ease your transition to UNB before you arrive in September. Below you’ll find a list of tips from our Orientation Team.
