Before You Arrive | Fredericton Residence | UNB

Before you arrive

Important for September 2020 and January 2021:  Your room assignment/offer of UNB residence accommodations is conditional on in-person classes resuming and residences being open and operating normally in September 2020/January 2021.  Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the University of New Brunswick reserves the right to delay residence occupancy or revoke residence accommodation offers completely.

Before you arrive, we suggest you review our residence contract. You will be required to sign this on move-in day before you receive your keys and check-in to residence. If you are under 19 years of age, your parent or guardian will also be required to sign the residence contract prior to you checking in.

There are a number of other things you can do to ease your transition to UNB before you arrive in September. Below you’ll find a list of tips from our Orientation Team.
