We provide janitorial services for common areas in all residences except Harrison House and Neill House, which have opted to operate their own student janitorial services.

You are responsible for keeping your room clean. This includes making the bed, changing the sheets, cleaning, dusting, and trash disposal. Keeping your room clean throughout the year means you don’t have a year's worth of mess, dirt and garbage when you get ready to check out.

Your room will be checked for cleanliness upon final check-out. If it isn’t clean, you may be charged a damage fee.

While we always try to give you advance notice, we reserve the right to conduct all maintenance and repairs in the residence buildings and dining halls whenever necessary.
