Room Assignments & Changes
We post room assignments on July 15th. If you do not have a room assigned to you at that time, please email us at email@example.com or call 506 453-4800.
How to View Your Room Assignment
- Log in to eServices (If you don’t know your Login ID, please email or call the Registrar’s Office at 506-453-4864.
- Click on the 'Residence' tab and then select 'Fall' as the term. You can also view your Winter room assignment, which should be the same as your Fall room assignment, by selecting 'Winter' as the term.
We understand that following check in, your room assignment may not meet your needs. Please contact your Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) to request a room change and wait until Residential Life approves it before you move. This helps keep your student account accurate, and will prevent you from being charged for unapproved room changes.
Room Change Fees
There is a room change fee if you change rooms. This room change fee will be charged to your student account when you pick up your new keys. Any additional charges or credits resulting from your room change (different room rate, for example) will also be posted to your account with Financial Services.
Priority for a Room Transfer
If you have special needs for a high-priority (expedited) room change, please explain this to your Residential Life Coordinator (RLC). You may need documentation of medical or other special needs. If you have not already done so, please complete the application for Special Needs/Consideration Form (PDF).
Priority For Single Rooms
Although we have many single rooms, there still may not be enough to go around, particularly in the central part of campus. We give priority for single rooms to students with special needs. Once we have met the needs of these students, single rooms can be offered to upper-year students through our residence points system.
