After an incredible three years at Renaissance College, Emily had the opportunity to join PEI 4H, an organization, like Renaissance College, working to engage leadership and citizenship values in youth today.
Hired on as Administrative Director of PEI 4-H, she deals with all of the components of a non-profit organization: staff and volunteer management, national and provincial programming and planning, fund development, strategic planning. . . Renaissance College prepared her to deal with such challenges through its interdisciplinary approach to teaching problem solving, communication and leadership. In it's 94th year, PEI 4H continues to be relevant despite an ever-changing environment.
