Digital Law School Forums

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the process for law recruitment forums and campus visits will change for the upcoming year. UNB Law will be attending the Digital Law School Forums and will be available to talk to prospective JD students and answer any admission inquires.

LSAC is pleased to be hosting Digital Law School Forums this year. UNB Law will be attending the Saturday - Sept. 26, Wednesday, Oct. 13 and Tuesday, Nov. 4 Digital Law Forum. The dates will be noted as part of the student registration. Note the time zone of the listed times for these events.

If you would like to attend any forums, from the Prelaw Advisor Dashboard, select Events, Recruitment & Ambassador Requests, then select the Law School Forums drop-down menu and scroll to the bottom to register. We look forward to seeing you at a digital forum!

LSAT-FLEX

The Law School Admission Council (LSAC) has introduced the LSAT-Flex – an online remotely-proctored condensed version of the traditional LSAT – to address the COVID-19 challenges associated with traditional LSAT administration. When reviewing applications we will treat LSAT-Flex scores as comparable to traditional LSAT scores.

Students attending an institution that has implemented a pass/fail (P/F) or credit/no credit (CR/NCR) model for this term, or some variation of that, on an optional or mandatory basis, rest assured that this will not jeopardize your admissions application to the JD program in 2021. Be aware that performance in one semester, standing alone, rarely “makes or breaks” an application considering the weight we place on other factors as part of our admissions process or decision.
