One‐time and ongoing assistance: In‐person or e‐mail research help.

Reference and search management: UNB Libraries provides students and instructors with access to RefWorks, a powerful tool for managing literature searches and outputting references. Marc can assist in setting up an account and making use of various features.

Instructor‐specific services

Classroom sessions: Introductory and advanced in‐class instruction on using print/electronic resources relevant to the course at hand.
