Employees can pay conference registration fees in advance by submitting a Payment Request form. When submitting this form, the employee should attach a completed conference registration form along with payment instructions.

If an employee chooses to use a personal cheque or credit card for online conference registration and payment, he/she may apply for an advance if this expense was paid or must be paid prior to attending the conference. Alternatively, he/she may later apply for reimbursement

Please note that fees for banquets or other social programs are only reimbursable if they are integral to the conference program (e.g. if the banquet features a keynote speaker who gives an address related to the topic of the conference).
