Rachelle is a senior lawyer in the Constitutional Law Group with the Office of the Attorney General of New Brunswick, where she focuses on aboriginal law. She has also practised at a large regional law firm and while caring for her two young children, she operated her own practice. Before her current position, she served as Deputy Clerk/Administrator for the New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench, overseeing the legal administration of the court in two judicial districts.

Rachelle has a BA from the University of Waterloo, an MA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an LLB from the University of New Brunswick. As an instructor, Rachelle focuses as much on developing students’ practical skills as on their understanding substantive legal concepts.
