Biography

Originally from Ontario, Ben is now a sole practitioner practicing in Fredericton, New Brunswick; he primarily focuses on criminal law and child protection cases. Ben has acted as both defence counsel and as Crown counsel, and has appeared at all levels of Court in New Brunswick.

Ben has a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, which he then utilized to obtain his chartered accountancy designation. After working abroad and volunteering, Ben attended at the University of Toronto where he completed a combined law and social work program and received a JD and an MSW in 2008.
