Brief biography

Yolanda received both her bachelors and masters in education from UNB. She has held several supporting roles at the University in various departments including Extension, Education, Alumni Affairs, and Computer Science.

Yolanda joined the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Management in 1999 as the Student Services Coordinator. In her role, she works closely with the students, counselling and advising them on course requirements. In addition, she teaches classes in Communications, Education, and Environmental Studies.

Yolanda also spends a lot of time on the road, traveling to high schools in the Maritimes doing recruitment for the faculty. She also works with the various colleges manages the transfer students from college programs.

In her spare time, Yolanda enjoys painting, and spending time with family and friends and hanging out with her dog.
