Event Details:

In this workshop we will look at how to use restrictions, challenges, additional content, media, and news, with the Awards system which can give out badges and certificates for completing various criteria. Reward your students with something other than grades, offer optional time pressure, opt-in supplemental material. Drive it all with proven gamification methods like time boxes, loops, perceived randomization. Motivate and enhance value for your students with no overhead for the instructor week to week by leveraging automation in D2L.
