Professor Lorne Dawson will be the guest lecturer at this year's W.C. Desmond Pacey Memorial Lecture on Wednesday, Feb.19. Dr. Dawson is regarded as one of Canada's foremost experts on terrorism and is expected to give a timely and topical lecture related to terrorist radicalization with a broad appeal to both academics and the community-at-large.

Dr. Dawson is a full professor of sociology and religious studies at the University of Waterloo. He is also the director of the Canadian Network for Research on Terrorism, Security, and Society.

This is a free public lecture and everyone is invited to attend.
