What do athletes, class presenters, performing artists and thesis defenders have in common?  They are required to perform even when they are nervous or worried about the outcome.  If you are not doing as well as you could during exams, class presentations, recitals and thesis defenses etc., this practical workshop will help!  This workshop is open to any students from UNBF/STU.
