Chamber Music

Playing music with others is one of the most satisfying activities for musicians of all ages. Sign up as a pre-formed group or ask to be placed in an ensemble.

Each chamber group receives 10 group lessons with a conservatory instructor. Open to all traditional classical instruments. This course is ideal for players with at least 2 years of experience on their instrument, and all ages are welcome. If you're interested, you can submit a registration form online. Once we have enough people registered, we place people into groups based on instrument, age, ability level, and availability. Once we've confirmed the groups, we can set your group up with one of our UNB instructors.

Each week, you'll receive a group lesson with the instructor to help you bring out the best in the music. You'll also be welcome to rehearse with your groups once a week outside of lesson times.

If you have any questions, you can email the conservatory coordinator at conserv@unb.ca.
