Sushi for Beginners

Ah, sushi. That popular Japanese culinary art form of modest origins. Some call it the new healthy fast food, some call it high art, and some just call it yummy.

Making sushi at home is fun — and you can eat your mistakes! This class offers advice to sushi novices. At the end of this class you can march into your kitchen knowing that you can make some truly tasty sushi. Making sushi is much easier than you think. In just 3 hours, you can become a sushi chef. When it comes to making sushi, practice definitely makes perfect. The more you make it the easier it becomes.

All materials are provided.

About the instructor

Amber is originally from Taiwan, where she trained and worked as an acupuncturist. She immigrated to Canada several years ago with her husband and two lovely daughters and used to work for a Sushi chain store. Amber looks forward to sharing her knowledge and enjoyment of Sushi with everyone.
