Feeling anxious? Learn to reduce your anxiety with this introductory “Qi Gong for Anxiety” class. Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) focuses on breath and mindful movement to achieve a state of relaxation. Instructor Maurice Lavigne will provide you with a set of concrete tools that you can use to reduce the stress and anxiety in your life. You’ll learn to relax and control your anxiety, while improving both athletic, educational and work performance. Serenity now!

About the instructor

Maurice Lavigne is an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Qi Healer and Qi Gong Instructor. He has been practicing Qi Gong for over 22 years and has received extensive training in Qi Gong from two Grandmasters of the art originally from China. He presently teaches Qi Gong at the Fredericton YMCA. Maurice has authored three books on Qi Gong, The Power of Qi for Health and Longevity, Qi Gong’s Five Golden Keys, and Dance of the Dragon – Healing Oneself and Others. He has also published two books on acupuncture. All five books are featured on Amazon.ca.
