Feeling anxious? Learn to reduce your anxiety with this introductory “Qi Gong for Anxiety” class.

Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) focuses on breath and mindful movement to achieve a state of relaxation. Instructor Maurice Lavigne will provide you with a set of concrete tools that you can use to reduce the stress and anxiety in your life. You’ll learn to relax and control your anxiety, while improving both athletic, educational and work performance. Serenity now!
