Beyond Mindfullness is an introduction to the practice of the Realization Process with an emphasis on psychological healing. The Realization Process is a series of powerful, but gentle, precise attunement practices (guided meditations) for realizing the fundamental consciousness that is the ground of your being, your innermost nature or essence.

Benefits of this meditative practice include: healing from the relational trauma of childhood and other injurious events; feeling greater aliveness in your body and more connected to your true authentic self; enriching your genuine contact with other people and all of nature; and for opening you to the innate joy and happiness of your own being.

No materials are required. Please dress comfortably.
