Meditation can shift us from a state of dissatisfaction and separation to one of caring and inclusion. Through meditation, we rewire our brain, heart, body, and mind to a higher, compassionate level.

Come and join instructor Linda Morehouse on this contemplative journey! No previous experience or equipment is required. Come as you are!

No materials are required.

Note: Please dress warmly as some practice will take place outside in order to share blessings and healing energy with others and bring your favourite tea mug.
