Explore your thoughts and experiences in this introductory poetry course.

Words can inspire us and shatter us, comfort and enthuse us. In fact, words can empower us! When you release your emotions from pen to paper, events tend to become less overwhelming and more enlightening.

This 7-week poetry course is an opportunity to focus on writing free verse, while learning about less common forms of poetry and examining a few published works. An array of writing prompts and introspective activities will be provided.

Come join other poetry enthusiasts in this comfortable, relaxing and creative environment (sharing your writing will be always be optional).
