BIOL 1846
Students from any faculty and lifelong learners have a chance to participate in a unique, hands-on 7-day course that explores the floristic diversity of New Brunswick during summer 2020.
Students who participate can earn elective credits toward their degree. The course is also open to the public, and in past years has attracted participants from a variety of backgrounds.
The objectives of this course are to explore different habitats and gain an appreciation for floristic diversity within New Brunswick. Through the process of learning how to identify some of the common plant species in the N.B. Flora, students will gain the skills and the tools necessary to identify everything within the broad scope of our vascular flora.
Note: This course can be taken for credit (BIOL 1846: 4 credit hours).
