It has been said that there is no constant in the world but change. This 1-day workshop will focus on tools and techniques that have proven to be effective during times of significant organizational change. You will explore strategies for leading change initiatives and discuss how individuals may experience change. In addition, you will discover best practices for engaging employees and leveraging their knowledge and experience to facilitate change.
