Summer Work-Integrated Learning Program

SWILP provides wage subsidy funding through FutureReadyNB to help qualifying organizations hire UNB students for 12-16 week full-time summer placements.

The program helps underrepresented students (students with disabilities, Indigenous students, low-income earners, first-generation post-secondary learners, and rural youth) find summer employment to help offset the costs of university education and to help employers and students become FutureReady!

This program is supported by FutureReadyNB funding.

SWILP is a partnership between UNB’s Office of Experiential Education, UNB Financial Aid, and UNB’s Career Development & Employment Centre.
