Recipient must be a female New Brunswick citizen who is a part-time research-based Master's or Doctoral candidate in a Graduate Academic Unit on the Fredericton campus of the University of New Brunswick. The award is to assist a part-time research-based New Brunswick female graduate student in financial need in defraying the costs of completing her graduate degree. The award can be held in conjunction with other awards. Apply: Application must include: (1) Candidate's letter of application, briefly describing: a) graduate degree requirements already completed, including a paragraph clearly describing the candidate's dissertation, thesis, or report subject; b) outline of anticipated university-based costs and other sources of academic funding, including a statement of financial need and of N.B. residency; and c)a signed statement of support at the conclusion of the letter by the supervisor or Director of Graduate Studies in the candidate's GAU (2) Unofficial UNB transcript.
