Awarded to one or two women graduate students on the Fredericton or Saint John campuses of UNB to assist in delivering a paper or poster to a conference outside of the Maritime Provinces or to enable research for the thesis or dissertation outside the Maritime Provinces. Successful applicants may be invited to meet with the UNB Associated Alumni to report on their travel and research.

Apply: Student letter of application outlining the reason for travel and financial costs to be submitted to the Awards Officer, School of Graduate Studies, by March 1 each year. An adjudication of the applications will be arranged by the Awards Officer, School of Graduate Studies. Students applying for this award should also fill out the Student Travel Grant appalication form under "Forms" on the SGS website.
