Students must be either Canadian or Landed Immigrants in Canada (at the time of nomination) who will be registered and accepted as full-time student in the School of Graduate Studies for the first time during the period of tenure. Selection of the recipients will be made by a sub-committee of the Executive Committee of the School of Graduate Studies.
Students recognized by a Tricouncil Masters or Doctoral Scholarship are automatically considered.
