This award is open to any graduate student (entering or already enrolled) at the University of New Brunswick in any field of study, who is undertaking a research project (to include thesis, publication, major paper etc.) contributing to greater knowledge of the gay,  lesbian, bisexual, transgender or intersex communities. Applications to the School of Graduate Studies should include a letter of nomination form the student's Director of Graduate Studies, Chair, or Supervisor; a transcript; and a 2 to 5 page description of the research project being undertaken (where appropriate, a bibliography should be appended). The Selection Committee will be composed to the Dean of Graduate Studies (or SGS delegate) and two appointees made by the SGS. Where possible, the President of the Lambda Foundation for Excellence or an appointed delegate will also serve on the selection committee.
