Shad Valley is a diverse extended community of leaders dedicated to the development of remarkable youth, helping them to recognize, harness and strengthen their talents. The Shad Valley Program is an experience, not a place. This program is for people like you, young people who thrive on high levels of achievement. Every day you will have the opportunity to experience the rewards of individual and group achievement. Shad Valley "works" when every person, whether student, staff, or faculty, fully contributes all their energy, enthusiasm and talent to the program.
