Feeling stressed out? Having trouble managing it all? Doing well but think it could be easier and your time could be more effective?
You've come to the right place. We provide a series of services to help students improve their time management, reading, writing and study skills as well as to deal with test and exam anxiety.
Maybe you're just trying to avoid getting stressed out by coming to see us first. That's great! We're here to help you get the most out of your university experience whether you've just graduated from high school, been out of education for awhile or have been a UNB Saint John student and are just realizing that it could be easier.
University Skills Workshops
Our annual Fall University Skills Workshops will begin on Sept 17. The same session will be offered Tuesday 11:30-12:20 in Oland Hall G31 and on Wednesday 11:30-12:20 in HH 225 to allow students to attend at either time based on their individual schedules.
