Field Trips

Field trips gives you the option to travel with a small group or class to study at an off-site, international location for 1 - 6 weeks. These opportunities are usually organized through specific UNB departments such as biology. UNB Saint John regularly offers

• BIOL 3663 Bio/Eco of Elasmobranchs
• BIOL 3675 Dolphin Field Ecology

Interested students must apply for the field trips through the faculty that offers the opportunity.

The Student Abroad Program provides a small travel award for students who meet the eligibility criteria. Students who have been accepted to a field trip must apply directly to the Student Abroad Program by the regular deadline to be considered for a travel award.
