Microsoft Project Workshop

2 Day Workshop

Microsoft Project is a software application, used by the majority of project managers, to assist in achieving project success. Among the many features offered is the ability to:

  • Organize scope and develop schedules
  • Identify and manage resources, and easily identify conflicts
  • Identify costs and manage the budget
  • Manage multiple projects in a master file
  • Provide accurate and professional reports

Microsoft Project is a powerful tool that can be challenging to learn.  This comprehensive 2 day course will give you hands on training using Project 2000-2007 (Standalone Version) to set up projects, and manage and track them on a regular basis.

Participants are required to bring a laptop with Microsoft Project Standalone Version loaded.

This course is being offered as an optional add-on to the 2 day Project Management Workshop. It is an excellent follow up to solidify the knowledge areas and tools acquired in the Project Management Workshop. Participants who sign up for both courses will receive a 10% discount on the total cost of the combined courses, or you can choose to attend either the 2 day workshop, or the Microsoft Project training alone.
